Introduction

Language is a universal human trait. It is a mean to communicate our thoughts and express our feelings. Without a language that is clearly spoken and understood, we would really not have a tool to interact with other humans. Not only is a language universal and dynamic, it also has certain universally acclaimed characteristics that are unique to it. Human beings are not the only ones to use language as a communication medium. Plants and animals communicate too. For example, honey bees dance when they locate their food or nectar. Whales produce sonic codes to interact with other whales. Similar is the use of a language by human. It has some special attributes and characteristics
