This report is a personal development plan, showing the current skills and knowledge, including assessment of their strengths and weaknesses. Development is to nurture, shape and enhance their skills, knowledge, and my best interests to ensure the effectiveness and adaptability, and to minimize technological obsolescence and redundancy me my chance for life. This does not necessarily mean that the upward movement, on the contrary, it is about improvement and makes personal use at every stage of his career to my full potential.

Personal development plan is for me an opportunity to understand themselves better, I can achieve what I want or I want to go to achieve the plan, in the short term or long-term, but also determine the skills, knowledge of the needs or capabilities. It can also help me determine the appropriate development to meet those perceived needs. In this report, I will be what my strengths are and focus on my weaknesses, but also know how to use the field work, I'll go to my strengths, in the future, how to develop their weaknesses are my strengths, while.

I believe that I played an important role in the successful submission of assignment as well as, presentation. I was able to complete my tasks within allotted time and completed necessary tasks, which were essential to the completion of assignment within allotted time. I was effective as a team member as I motivated and helped my team members to get together and work as a team. I also contributed to provide necessary resources, such as data regarding schemes, which we needed in order to complete the assignment.

I played a role of a leader in my group. It was my responsibility to allocated roles and tasks with group. I broke the work into parts, where individual efforts were required and assigned tasks to team members in form of sub-teams. I also divided and decided the time and deadlines for individual tasks. I was always there for help for my group members and provided as much support as possible. When we sat together to discuss the assignment, we felt it was a challenging work and initially we all were bit stressed. However, I played my part in motivating my group and afterwards we took the task as a challenge and worked together as a team.

I also played a role of coordinator among team members. I was sitting in the middle, where each team member would send his work to me and then I will send it to rest of team members. Similarly, it was my responsibility to compile the final report after receiving parts from everyone.

Initially I was of view that we have covered the overall report effectively and it contains all necessary information regarding all three schemes.
