Introduction

The paper covers about me and how much I understood about myself. Moreover, it highlights the work relevant to the self-development and the level of change I have experience in myself after the lectures I took in my university. However, according to my previous experiences while taking my lectures relevant of self-development gave me great support in upgrading and developing in a positive way. Moreover, I think that learning takes place every day in our lives and in terms of psychology, learning happens when cognition, emotion and environment influence a person's brain and this thinking process. This concept has given rise to different learning theories and learning methods. Keeping in mind the nature of learning, it cans occur over a long distance, across borders, internationally. However, learning is one of the most important mental functions in humans systems. I have learned several points about myself after attending the school. Moreover, the people also judge me as a change person, as compared to me before taking these lectures in my university. I have learned about myself as a more confident person with great communication skills. However, because of my understanding of what i have learned I think that there is temporary relationship with people that bring lots of difference in our lives.

However, the paper focuses upon the notions that enhanced my self-development from my learning experiences. Moreover, it highlights what have I learned about myself, I have to think about the skills I have used, what do I understand so far, provide a reflection on the learning from the lectures, seminars, and tutorials that I took in my university and what new knowledge, skills or understanding have I gained while writing this learning journal.

Discussion

I as a student live in a fast paced society and got expected to process information quickly. Hence, going at the university and after taking the course I can say that I have learnt a great extent and enhanced my self-development skills. However, I think about myself that by the time I enter in the corporate life, employer will expect me with several positive attributes which tend to focus on my major skills that will help me to exceed in the practical life. Hence, self-development is one of the most important things that should take place in our lives for preparation and I think I am ready for the corporate life.
