Anthropologists, sociologists, psychologists and biologists all see reasoning for different human behavior to be caused by different factors. Sexuality is just one of many of these human aspects that have been studied resulting in, of course, conflicting theories. There is essentialist point of view on sexuality, which is mainly view that our sexual behaviors come from our biological make-up alone. The opposing view of sociologists is social constructionist one, which believes that reality is constructed from social world, which includes sexuality. (Smith and King 2009)
