As the City of Kelsey grows, businesses and industries will also continue to progress and particular care must be taken to preserve the natural resources and the tradition of the city while balancing between the city's overall growth and preservation needs.

The City has initiated a number of construction projects to make sure that people may enjoy every need and luxury of life. Most of these construction projects are incorporated at the cost of natural resources. The city government sees the immediate need in parks and recreation. Over the past two years, the city has invested millions of dollars in the Parks and Recreation Department. However, Stanley Park Project is a bit different from these projects.
