Focus on the business need

The main priority of this project is to make the system deliverable. This means that it should meet the criteria of customers and be delivered on time. It should address and meet the current business needs. It must focus on critical and crucial functionalities of the project. If business need is focused, the project would earn an understanding of real business priorities. For this propose, the project should establish a sound business case.
