Context

The central authorities have recently planned to develop e-government with the establishment of an interdepartmental commission at various stages of working assigned on the concept of draft circulation within the government. It is projected to design and implement initial steps in an e-government application.

Aims

In this response made to the government's request, two activities are arranged by UNDP that are aimed to bring improvement in the civil service system. It will play a vital role in the policy toward e-governance dialogue on an integrated approach.

At the first stage the objective is to enhance the information flow and effectiveness within the state and government institutions. Further it has a plan to expand this project to e-governance. The major hindrance observed is the limited capacities of human resources (International Firm, 2012).

Deliverables

A workshop arranged on e-documentation and information management systems executed:

Concept paper on e-documentation, further it is verified and hence the circulation is reviewed.

National stakeholders are provided with relevant learning materials and technical advice.

A report is prepared comprised of suggestions for conducting further actions in the development of e-governance and e-government for interdepartmental commission and UNDP.

Relationship to the Course

It is expected that the skills and knowledge that is learned during the course will be utilized in this project. This project will also help in learning and acquiring new and innovative skills and knowledge. This project will also help in learning and acquiring new and innovative skills and knowledge. It is good that the participants of the project will surely learn something new that will be very helpful for them (GOSIC, 2012).

Project Plan

The task of this project is to conduct effective practices in order to achieve the purpose of the project by indicating appropriate sequence, duration, timing and interdependencies of the activities. For this purpose, the chart may play a significant role. It is important for the activities to be conducted on one's own understanding of methodological approach. It is not expected to include every possible development in this project. However, it is expected that some topics relevant to the project will need to be completed earlier in the project cycle as compare to the remaining topics. So it is necessarily required to divide this activity into several identifiable topics that are tasked and planned accordingly (United Nations Development Program, 2010).

Introduction

It has its main emphasis on the development of IT infrastructure and procurement of enhanced IT equipment conducted by the Ministry of Communication. These processes include installation of fiber cables, access to the Internet in public Internet cafes and state institutions and expansion of the mobile telephony network. It is considered to be very critical to the services and applications of future e-government.
