Is it possible, for African American suspects in the U.S. today to receive a fair trial with an all White jury?

In the trials, although the government has the obligation to prove guilt and the defendant never has the burden of proving his innocence, there is always the possibility the jurors that other factors enter into their deliberations, in addition to the evidence presented, by the government (Acuna, Rodolfo, 2011).
