Personality Theory

Personality researchers have suggested numerous theories on the structure and organization of personality. These theories are attempts at providing a framework for the study of personality the important ways people differ in their enduring emotional, interpersonal, attitudinal, and motivational styles. The five-factor model has developed as the most influential personality theory currently used by psychologists and other personality researchers. The study of personality, or more specifically the person, has important implications for the study of social behaviors as well, and interest in the role of personality in people's lives continues to have a profound impact on empirical research and theoretical development.

There are the several theories that are very famous in terms of personality judgment like Freud personality theory. I believed that personality has three structures:

1.Introvert

2.Extrovert

3.Memory

Basically the introvert's personality type person is the one who can completely refill his/her store the energy during the sleep and due this energy he enjoyed the whole world. This energy allows them to do their task or to create something alone. They do not have this critical need in communication with other people, they feel comfortable alone.

This theory also reflects the common moods and qualities of these kinds of personalities. The extrovert's personality type person are commonly known as the energy vampire as they have several means of getting energy like they can get energy from the other people who are energetic because of their moods and they can get it by several constructive ways. Extrovert's personality type is of two basic types like the one who is receiving energy to others but by harming in several ways like they start criticizing, reinforce baseless charges over them, make them a part of offence or by threaten them. The main ability of the introvert's is that they can communicate with the people very positively and at the same time they are very positive while listening to anyone. It's the main reason for which interlocutors became the main part of the environment and they easily put their interest at first go. They provoked the Positive reaction by the first word. Introverts are very positive any they have the ability to deal with all the matters very calmly and they can gradually increase their emotional side and came to conclusion.
