Abstract:

In this study we try to explore the concept of “Content Law's impact on Oil and Gas” in a holistic context. The main focus of the research is on “Content Law's impact on Oil and Gas” and its relation with “Syria”. The research also analyzes many aspects of “Content Law's impact on Oil and Gas” and tries to gauge its effect on “Syria”. The methodology covers the research design and data collection tools regarding the “Content Law's impact on Oil and Gas”. Results were based on the data being analyzed in methodology. Finally the research describes various factors which are responsible for “Content Law's impact on Oil and Gas” and tries to describe the overall effect of “Content Law's impact on Oil and Gas” on “Nigeria”. The paper concludes by mentioning the implications and future aspects regarding “Content Law's impact on Oil and Gas”.

Any attempt to analyze Nigeria's national oil company, the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), must first confront the question of what it really is. Despite its formal organization as a vertically-integrated oil company, NNPC is neither a real commercial entity nor a meaningful oil operator. It lacks control over the revenue it generates and thus is unable to set its own strategy.
