Introduction

The Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) is the foundation of military law in the United States. It was established by the Congress of the United States pursuant to the authorization granted by the U.S. Constitution in Article I, Section 8, which provides that "Congress shall have Power .To establish rules for the Government and Regulation of the land and naval forces. " The UCMJ applies to all members of the uniformed services of the United States: the five bodies of American security. The court martial is the highest court in the military justice system. When called, there is also the court of appeal of the court martial.

According to federal law, the Uniform Code of Military Justice applies to: "these people members of a regular component in front of the armed forces, including those of relief after the expiry of its mandate registration, volunteers from the time of the sample or the inclusion in the armed forces, members from the time of their actual inclusion in the armed forces, and other persons lawfully called or in, or in the service or for training in the armed forces, from the days when they obey the call or order, it is necessary:

Court Martial

The primary purpose of the court martial is to rule on crimes or disputes encountered within the community, of misconduct in breach of regulations of major forum

It must be judgment on the guilt associated with members or misconduct, pronounce sentences following these same mistakes and act to block any subsequent offense vis-à-vis the problem

Everything is in order to ensure a minimum of order in the forum and its community, and why the court under the authority of any area forum, to address the problems faced by members.

In order not to be represented or used inappropriately, before start of any procedure, the court will rule on the merits of the complaint or complaints recorded, and will reserve to handle the case or not exposed.

All complaints filed with the court martial should be submitted through the form provided for that purpose, any wrong information sheet will be immediately rejected

These forms may be submitted by anyone in the forum, staff or single player, when the need or the need arises - In the case of a refusal to support the file

Even if the court martial is not made; the case will still be studied. The court reserves the right not only to meet situations as serious, minor offenses will nevertheless be analyzed and if necessary sanction - In case a file is accepted by court martial
