Introduction

Established in the year 1907 as a messenger company in the US, UPS has become a corporation with over $42.6 billion assets around the world. UPS is considered to be one of the leading organizations with one of the most renowned and well-liked products in the world. The organization knows that diversity covers more than customs, gender, and age. Diversity is a precious, core element of UPS because it brings a wider variety of resources, expertise, and ideas to the company.
