Introduction

To converse about a person's character is to converse about a complex of virtues and vices and more ethically neutral abilities, adeptness and dispositions one possesses as well as to converse about the ways one standards them and recognizes with them and the functions one has assembled for them in his life.

Different heritage have distinct heuristics by which they request universal values.
