Aims and Objectives

“We came from the water; our bodies are largely water: and water plays a fundamental role in our psychology. We need constant access to water, all around us; and we cannot have it without reverence for water in all its forms. But everywhere in cities water is out of research…” (Alexander and et al 1977 page 323)

The above quote by an Architect Author, Alexander C. sums up the importance of the value in water that pervades our human life and spans our lifetime. Ever wonder why do human are drawn into Water? It is as well as the most plentiful and flexible element on the earth.

This may be one of a few points which human are drawn into it. It is not just a fundamental element but it can also be experienced in a variety of ways, one of the ways was water can be used in architecture and environmental context which water element is one of the most evocative and challenging elements to be apply into both perspective when design comes in. Historically, the settlements were formed from existing water bodies: rivers, lakes. If they were not there, people create artificial ponds, reservoirs and even the sea. The creation of artificial water bodies can improve environmental sustainability and improve environmental quality characteristics of settlements: to regulate humidity, creating favorable conditions for vegetation development. Founded a town at the confluence of two rivers Tom and condoms (Research historian of the first fort was built on the shore Kondoma near Red hills). Fate gave Novokuznetsk two major rivers, on the banks of which he is located.
