Development of Wind Technology in Europe

Introduction

The research focuses on the Development of Wind Technology in Europe. Wind power is proving to be the best renewable technology, the main focus of the report based on the generation of electrical power by using wind turbine. The next section is based on the analysis of work regulation 1989 with relation to the electrical power generation.

Wind Technology in Europe

According to the European Wind Energy Association (EWEA) projected that investments in wind energy projects. It will continue to rise and highlight the significant investment in the development of offshore projects in the future, i.e. beyond visual range as possible.

In this project is still seen around Europe NIMBY effect, which translates roughly as in my backyard ¨ no ¨. What it means is that, we accept the need for facilities and buildings of all kinds but, wants them in their communities or near their homes.

In Spain and Germany, the European leaders in this sector, this effect has been less strong, but is also seen in Spain. The European country is more NIMBY is the United Kingdom and, normally, when there is a new energy project, it is common to the neighbors organize to protest. It has not surprising to see much more growth of offshore projects in that country. So do not look much. These projects are more expensive, both in initial investment to maintain, but at least we are seeing more projects from alternative sources, which much needed in general and, in some countries, much more needed. In line with the position of Emerging Energy Research (EER) of Barcelona is part of the expansion of the field of ' energy sources in Europe, expected to rise by 20% by 2020, the market for wind turbines will increase by 2 / 3 between 2006 and 2015.

Europe will install 40% of the factories of energy in the wind next year, and already today 13 of the 20 markets of the world's largest wind is the old continent. The two most advanced nations in the field are Spain and Germany, which estimated to increase the exploitation of ' energy wind power each year between now and 2012.

The interest towards the east is alive thanks to the capital market conditions in this part of Europe where there is almost no competition and internal competitiveness, and where they are guaranteed of government subsidies for the production of energy sources. This area estimated to increase wind energy production by 33% annually.

For help with the development of wind energy use are mainly financial incentives promoted by the EU which, together with the governments of individual countries, economic concessions and offers prizes for those who use clean energy. An example of exploitation of these facilities given by Siemens, which is increasing the production of wind farms in Europe and is also affecting the markets of Asia and North America, increasing sales of machinery cleaned daily, about four days to compared with four sold in the past ...
