Elmwood Youth Employment Experience (EYEE) is an 18-week employability abilities teaching program that was established in March 2005. The target of the EYEE program is assisting youth-at-risk, ages 16 to 30; overwhelm their obstacles to paid work abilities training. Each EYEE meeting is dividing into two sections: 10 weeks of employability and life-skills lessons; and eight weeks of functional work experience. Participants are paid to attend.
