Acquire and Integrate Knowledge

Summary

The dimension 2 of acquiring and integratin knowledge relates to learning a procedure. The piano is played in steps as it has notes that produce various sounds. In order to be able to play a tune the three pupils will have to know what the piano notes are, and after getting familiar with it they have to play it. The piano is now in comparison with other stringed instruments has unique features(Mottram & Whale, 2001).

The learners are given the knowledge which is related to naming the notes on guitar, opening chords and chord frames and ability to change the tune by modifying the strings of piano;

The teacher should avoid use of too much multimedia presentation because this might create a chance of losing interest from students (Houghton & Ruth, 2010). Similarly, teacher use three learners for this purpose because more than three can create problems by dividing the unequal contribution of timings;

This type of learning provides a dynamic approach in which teacher and students promote their task as partners and they also develop understanding of goals which is related to learning.

In order for the students to understand the dynamics of playing the piano, the notes have to be taught and practised to enhance their knowledge.

Applying the Dimension of Learning

Mood management gives us access to address emotional sensibilities. The music is destined to be the language of emotions. Inside the music the piano tuning is the phenomenon of being able to customize the tendency of intrapersonal emotional state on the transfer of musical mood. Specifically, this means depending on the type of mood that can cause us a wide range of emotions or enhance. The somatic marker of our auditory impression has a stimulating or relaxing impression (Rostvall & West, 2003). Vitalization or harmonization is far emergent properties. Since, they are not included in individual elements of piano tuning, but arise only from their specific combination, with respect to the desired effect. The design studio environment is beneficial for both learners and teachers because the studio environment is itself a process which is designed for achieving methodological tools. The studio environment and its design should contain the fundamental aspect of conception, functionality and practical knowledge which is further accompanied by a transition in learning from conception that is from beginning level to construction which is the modified form of learning output show by learners.

It is assumed that the teaching of piano allows teachers to make proposals for activities that develop creativity by allowing the participation and involvement of students in the learning process. The work presented is not intended to provide a closed that can be applied to the school and pick up a teaching method to learn a particular piano format. It is important for learners as well as teachers to understand differences between two types of learning procedures. However, sometimes both modes of learning are crucial in order to understand new information for instance; solving fractions requires several ...
