Introduction

The paper is based on the history of America in which different questions on different aspect have been answered on the basis different facts.

Question 1

A huge role in the development of American democracy and constitutionalism played the Declaration of Independence was adopted in July 1776; she was the manifesto of the popular uprising against the "legitimate" government. It was documented that contained a range of ideas, which the French Enlightenment made weapon in the struggle against feudalism.

After listing the various abuses of King of England and his government, the declaration stated that the oppressed people have the right to revolt. Supreme power lies in the people ("popular sovereignty"), and only the people decide what kind of government consistent with its interests. The declaration announces destruction political dependence colony from the king and the British government. The War of Independence in North America was a bourgeois revolution. At the heart of bourgeois reforms was the agrarian question, including the objective of destroying the feudal elements in the agrarian system, free access to the western lands and the destruction of the system of plantation slavery.

Revolutionary patriot camps included working people cities artisans, wage workers, indentured servants. In this camp were farmers, the various strata of the national bourgeoisie, the southern plantation owners interested in expanding their holdings at the expense of the west.

Since 1761 the North America begins to turn the fight for the abolition of slavery. During the next century, it gradually increases. In 1777, Vermont became the first city in the United States voted for the abolition of slavery. In 1780, the first vote for the abolition of slavery and the entire state of Pennsylvania.
