Role Of Columbia City Detective (Step 1)

Being in the place of detective I would do maxiumum effort to force the court but with particular and positive references from the law. Before this I would conduct a proper investigation of the case, as defined in the case all the evidences go against the culprit. I would investigate the case from the footprints. I took all required steps in order to maintain evidences in the original form of as the laboratory can make these tests which are used to recreate the crime and categorize the legal aspects involved in the crime, so that the evidences are acceptable for justice (John, 1995). The crime scene examination starts when the research center gets a call from the Officer Friendly who has already worked on this case.

Step 3 - Scenario Anlaysis

As it is known that the physical evidences are considered as an important aspect in the process of investigation, which are commonly found at the crime location; though, in the case of Crude, it was very difficult to find the physical evidences as Crude did his vey best to hide them. In the case, these evidences are comprised of physical objects which are collected from crime scene that is parking lot of the bar. It included bulky items like broken windows of the car or smashed doors (Sean and Marilyn, 2002). Moreover, for the case pertaining to Crude, the physical evidences also included tiny items, for case in point hair and clothing fibers, which relates to Crude. In addition to this, it is noted that weapon that is used in the crime is gun that was hide with mastery in the trees; however, the proper search of the area helped the police in the finding the weapon that is used in the crime. Besides it, the fired bullets and their shells are also gathered from the crime scene, which were shot at the car with the intension to make the victim scare (Neil, 2006).
