The questionnaire began with the most basic question that is the inquiry of gender. It has been observed that pattern of answers to questionnaires is often influenced by the gender of the respondents. Men and women see things differently and have different perceptions about the identical phenomenon. In the conducting the research in the company, we have found out that our respondents have comprised majority of men constituting 71% of the all respondents while women still comprise a significant proportion of the respondents i.e., 25%.

The second question we inquire from our respondents is about their age, it was open end question and we received different answers. However, due to numeric form of answer, we have easily categorized all the answers in to four class intervals as the table shows up. There were 35 respondents in total out of which 63% fell in the range of 20-29 years, 23% in the range of 30-39, 11% in the range of 40-49% and rest of the 3% fell in the range of 50-59 years. Out of all respondents, there were only one respondent having age 55 and can be regarded more experienced among respondents while the majority fell in the first class interval which means that most of the respondents are in their initial stages of career.

We also inquired our respondents about their civil status. We found out that majority of respondents are married constituting about 60% while 30% are still single. Out of the rest, there was only respondent who is separated while 3 marked “divorced” as their answer. Combined, these two responses make around 12% of responses. There no widow or widower.

Analysis

The questionnaire formally began with asking the respondents “How many years you have been working in this organization?” Out of the total 35 respondents, 80% are found to be working with the organization for less than three years. This also corresponds with the age factor that indicates most of the employees in the company are in the incipient stage of their career. Out of total 35 respondents, 4 have been working with the organization for three to five years while there were only three who have been associated with the company for more than five years.
