Introduction

This fact cannot be denied that women belonging to modern world are equal to men regardless of age, race, ethnicity, location and origin. Today, women contribute equally in every walk of life. Nonetheless, in some areas of life, they are regarded and treated as low. There are significant differences in individual intellectual abilities, but apparently not to the differences between women and men general factor of intelligence can be traced back. The different capabilities may vary with the age and the level of hormone. To show women in the phase of the menstrual cycle with low estrogen levels increased spatial ability and in phase with high estrogen levels increased motor activity. Women, the estrogens as part of a hormone replacement therapy received, exhibit better language memory, although there are also conflicting results on this. However, it is relatively uncontroversial that the heritability of genes is about 50%. The heritability increases from about 20% in childhood to 40% in adults and 60% in later life. The heritability differs between the sexes: in particular, the heritability of the ability to speak is higher than boys in girls. On the X chromosome are potential quantitative trait loci for g and an excess of genes that are associated with intellectual disabilities. Therefore, as a result of sex differences in gene expression to be expected from located on the X chromosome genes behaviorally relevant effects (Cheung, Spielman, Ewens, Weber, Morley & Burdic, 2005).

Cultural Explanation

It is assumed that behavioral and personality differences would not result from the biological sex, but from the social conditions, structures and standards to which men and women adapt. The sexes are social constructs, some differences as anatomical differences (body size) and female fecundity were still not culturally but biologically determined. The greater occurrence of aggression in men is seen in this approach as a result of role expectations. The average of the men occupied and occupied culturally determined roles with greater power and higher status than the average women. This has led to aggressive, dominant behavior is regarded as an expression of power as a typical male. The internalization of these role expectations would lead to the higher likelihood of aggression by men compared to women (Giddens, Duneier & Appelbaum, 2012). Neurological Difference

The individual differences in performance in both men and women are larger than between the sexes, yet it comes with certain cognitive tasks fairly constant differences between men and women, who are also scientifically proven. So women fall at the “word fluency test” in minute more words that example with an “A” or “M” start out as men. In contrast, men cut, on average, from better tests for which comparison figures are to be found which are identical to the target figure.
