Introduction Researches and studies demonstrate that, organizational behavior plays a vital role in the success of any organization or project. Organizational behavior is referred as an area of study that examines the impacts that structures, groups and individuals have on behavior within the project or organization. It is often observed that, these impacts may contribute in enhancing and improving the effectiveness of organization's processes. In precise words, the term organizational behavior incorporates management skills, management functions and functions of organization. Therefore, organizational behavior has huge impacts on the performance of any organization. In addition to this, organizational behavior may also play an effective role in maintaining the integrity or reliability of any project or organization. Moreover, it is also observed that, the success of any project also depends on the factor of people management. People management can also be understood as (HRM), human resource management. It is because of the reason that, people management includes various tasks of HRM, including training, administration, communication, employee motivation, benefits, wellness, safety, organization development, performance management, hiring and compensation of employees (Fleming & Koppelman, 2000, P. 78).

All these practices may play an effective role in the success of any project or organization. In this study, the case of Sturata incorporation is discussed briefly. This organization is going to establish their new venture. In this scenario, they have to apply appropriate behavioral and people management plans and theories. This may greatly help them in ensuring the success of their project. The proceeding paper incorporates all the behavioral and people management plans and decisions of the management of Sturata incorporation (Anonymous, 2008, P.n.d.). Furthermore, the role of stakeholders and their interaction with external organizations and regulatory bodies is also incorporated in the study. Code of ethics of Sturata incorporation is also briefly discussed in the proceeding paper.

Discussion

In any organization, business or project, organizational behavior is considered as the most important feature and may play a role of backbone in the organizational processes. It is because of the reason that, organizational behavior includes enormous features including teams, leadership, change, behavior etc. Collectively all these features may play a vital role in the success of any project or organization.On the other hand, People management is considered as another important feature that may play an effective role in the success of any project or business. People management is nothing more than the management of the employees. Appropriate and effective plans of people management may play an effective role in getting the desired and pre defined goals of an organization (Fleming & Koppelman, 2000, P. 78).

The preceding discussion incorporates the two basic terms of this study i.e. organizational behavior and people management. Above discussion elaborates that, both of these features plays a vital role in ensuring the success and integrity of the project.
