Global Warming

Introduction

Global warming is considered to be the battleground of energy and environment. Burning of the fossil fuels is one of the major reasons of global warming. Although global warming is controversial issue but we can easily understand that global warming is increasing because of the increasing rate of the burning of fossil fuels. This is observed that global warming the topic which will come into the arguments and debatable topics which cannot be resolve until we do not dispose of fossil fuels. There are numerous campaigns and other major projects established to minimize the global warming and spreading the awareness of it.

All of us are much known and understand that global warming is like an emergency condition which basically occurring in a dramatic manner but consequences would be intolerable and lead this world into such complications from which we cannot even think to overcome. This is the time to understand and take changes into our practices by avoiding the fossil fuels. Environmental changes are also an integral part of natural process but the involvement in it by fossil fuels that would not to change, only understanding and awareness would not enough but implementation by replacing them would considered one of the constructive, efficient and effective approach.

1. with so much scientific evidence, why is global warming still being ignored by so many people and politicians?

Global warming or climate change is two terms that have achieved in recent years, while they were previously ignored by politicians and the majority of the population. Because they consume more energy in less per capita in a short time and using fossil fuels to get people out of poverty. Industrial pollution is a major cause that produces greenhouse gases and should be prevented or reduced by using better methods of disposing the gases other than releasing them into the atmosphere. On the other hand, the role of human activities in global warming cannot be avoided as it causes climatic changes. It is also a fact that agriculture-based human activities are also contributing to rise of nitrogen oxide concentration.

There are some natural human activities which are causing increase in CO2 including rock weathering, volcanoes, photosynthesis, and respiration. The infrared radiations are more effective greenhouse gas, but its concentration in the atmosphere is much smaller and the total radioactive forcing of methane is estimated at a quarter of the forcing of CO2. Other gases only slightly contribute to the greenhouse effect, one of which is nitric oxide (N2O); its concentration has increased as a result of agricultural activities.

2. If China and the U.S. are responsible for 40% of the world's carbon emissions, why would they refuse to make major changes to reduce their emissions?

According to official Chinese statistics, the CO2 emissions from 1997 to 2010 has increased annually by an average of 7.5 percent and reached as to the value of 7.69 billion tons. If we add the numbers of the provinces and add them together, you get the same period, a growth of ...
