Introduction

Globalization is an economic process in which all countries exchange goods and services. Division of labor is at its best. Each country contributes to all the goods or services that best can produce. It is possible because of improvements in communications, and other technology improvements made. Today economic development is varied, but certainly less than that of countries "first world.

This paper is going to focus on a new product launch for undeserved. The country selected if Ghana in which the product will be launched. Ghana is the state of West Africa. Lavender is a product which will be used in new medicine for patients who are suffering from cancer, so we will name our product Lavender (Gomez, 2002). Studies report that lavender is a good treatment of ear infections, mild enough to treat children and other symptoms. Recently, four different chemicals have been extracted from the lavender plant, and are considered useful for the treatment of cancer.

Discussion

In “The fortune at the bottom of the pyramid” the author has discussed new business models targeted at providing services and goods to the poor people of the world. The purpose of this book is to change that familiar image on TV. It is to illustrate that the typical pictures of poverty mask the fact that, the very poor represent resilient entrepreneurs and value-conscious consumers, and this are what we are going to illustrate in the paper (Kreitner, 2004).
