Introduction

Globalization becomes pre determine part of today`s world of organization and culture. Globalization refers a context of mass changes among the industries, organizations and the cultures of the societies. In a globalization the local organizations has grown up in the multinational culture where they follows the other multinational organizations. Similarly globalization impacts the cultu4res and the societies because their peoples have suddenly adopted the changes and want these changes to be a part of their lives. It has some positive impacts on societies and cultures as well as the negative impacts. Partly with the globalization, Americanization is increasing, the influence of Americans and their cultural impacts growing, their cuisine, their styles, living ways, popular culture has now become the part of others life, peoples like to adopt these changes. It will discuss thoroughly in the next part of the study.

Discussion

Globalization and Americanization are two different things, but more often the peoples refers them identical thing but it is written as, the globalization refers the system of international chain of command in which the local industries have merge in to international business forum where they seems to have global business strategies to expand the business and modifies the business terminologies. While Americanization is something different it refers the system of acculturation of local immigrants in other regions due to increase in population. The American local business firms Coca Cola and Pepsi has shows the interest in 19th century to be versatile among the culture and adopt the American culture which bring the new business opportunities in others societies where Pepsi and Coca Cola were disliked by the peoples.

Impact on Eastern Culture

Many of the eastern leaders were discouraged the Americanization and begin the campaign against the Americanization on the name of globalization like Mahathir Muhammad, Sadam Hussain, Gandhi and many other ruling generals leads the campaign, their approach to discriminate the American ideology but the think tank working behind this ideology this was the achievement of the Americanization.

Many other activist work to restore the Americanization and protect their society from western ideology which they suppose to ruin their society, culture and their generations. They tried to accumulate the cultural modality to restrict the changes among the cultures. New generations of eastern countries are adopting the changes in their brought up as everything they are getting from the media and getting use to it. This was the 11th hour situation for the eastern world, they have drastically changed their principles and policies about the intensions of Americanization in their society which has to be restricted other vise it will diminish their culture and society that was their perceptions.
