The prominent features of culture that are directly associated with the international business are social structure, language, religion and education (Gibson, 2006)

It can be appeared from the dimension of individual group as well as from the dimension of social stratification. In few societies, individualism is considered as pillar of social organization. As we know that American has individualism culture, this was a challenge was G4S in order to inspire a sense of team work among employees. It was a difficult task for those managers that has been involved and consider teamwork over individual work. Since, individual usually compete with each other only for results not for future benefits (Kokt, 2011).

As far as Japanese are concern, they are collectivism which means that they believe in team work rather than individual performance. This is the reason why Japanese companies are much successful or factor behind their companies' success. Furthermore, they are slander for imbedding creativity as well as they touted as a tentative block to dynamism. This to be sure is huge challenge that companies shall be dealing (Tu, 2012).
