Introduction

Internet is undoubtedly the most influential invention. Since its advent, internet has developed up to a great extent. This is perhaps one of the reasons why many explored the uses of internet in many different ways. Therefore, currently internet has a number of applications in every field. Be it medicine, marketing, education or many other disciplines, the Internet Service Providers offer various internet services through various internet packages to facilitate many tasks and activities. However, irrespective of the unlimited benefits internet offers, the threat of security breaches and cyber attacks still remains the most commonly observed issues associated to the internet. Therefore, besides making significant efforts in the evolvement of internet, experts are always on the look out to explore and invent more useful and effective techniques and tools for preventing the ethical issues that on the internet.

Discussion

Internet is the most bizarre source of information of all kinds. The fact that internet is now used for marketing, commerce transaction and process much more serious actually makes it more vulnerable to the cyber crimes and attacks that takes place on the internet on regular basis.

Methodology

Research Design

For the purpose of this research, primary data, as well as, secondary data will be collected and qualitative research will be carried out. This will help in analyzing the past researchers that will be held and will also prove to be effective for the companies where such strategies are implemented. Collecting first hand data will also help in knowing more and will provide accurate results related to the HR strategies that are implemented in the manufacturing and banking sector of India. For the purpose of this study, interviews will be held with the head of the human resource department of two companies from each sector. From the manufacturing sector, in terviews will be held in companies, Hindustan Cables and Emerson Network Power India Pvt Ltd. On the other hand, for the banking sector, interviews wil be held in Union Bank of India and Bank of India.

 Interview

In the interviews, structured and semi-structure questions will be used that will allow the respondent to express their opinion freely, which would enable the researcher to gather more data and to gain more knowledge on the subject even through additional data have to be eliminate, which would not fit the purpose. This would not be possible in structured questions as there may be several answers to a specific question, given different circumstances, which the respondent would not be able to explain (Krishnaswam & Satyaprasad, 2010). In order to find out the percentage of the answers to the questions, structured questions will be used.
