Introduction

Cognitive behavior therapy has now considered as one of the widely used therapeutic intervention to deal with psychological disorders. The vast intervention strategy associated with its therapeutic implementation for any individual, without social, cultural, gender or age makes it more acceptable for treatments. Most of the psychological disorders are developed at the early age; thus, it is very essential to deal with these disorders at early age. Proper treatment according to their age assists in better outcomes (Boesky, 2002). It assists in better control and treatment of disorder by changing thinking and lifestyle. One most effective process in this strategy is that rather treating the disorders, CBT focus on investigating the cause and then providing complete assistance. This is the reason that Juvenile Delinquency and CBT have close link, as most of the psychological disorders occur due to some problems during cognitive development. It also results in involvement in criminal activities (Alexander, 2001; McWhirter 2013). Therefore, cure is possible by treating them with affection, love, and by filling the gaps, which resulted in such negative behavior. This can be done by using Moral Reconation Therapy and Aggression Replacement Therapy.
