Lifelong learning is a continuous process that requires adults to engage themselves to acquire knowledge in various disciplines. The notion of lifelong learning is characteristically different from the practice of early childhood education. When it comes to lifelong learning, adults are encouraged to plan their activities in such a way that they should not coincide with the professional obligations but rather the experience helps the individuals to augment their professional skills to reap out the maximum benefits.

The acquisition of key competencies is necessary for teachers and professionals, who are engaged in lifelong learning (me in this case). The provisions of lifelong learning that play a vital role in an individual's professional development, are particularly relevant to disadvantaged groups, whose potential for learning support in particular. These are mostly people with low basic skills, or who leave early studies, long-term unemployed, people with disabilities, immigrants, etc. we should make an attempt to create an understanding amongst us and the students to have in their mind to be a learner throughout their lives.

However, teachers should make an attempt to use underdone data and main origins, in an increase to manipulative, physical materials and interactive. When allotting projects to the students, use cognize terminology such as "classify," "examine," "create" and "predict". Construct off and apply student reactions when arriving at "immediately" conclusions about teacher demeanors, instruction strategies, content to be taught and activities. Explore out students' agreement and prior understandings about a conception before instructing it to them. Promote communication among the students and teacher also between the students. Promote student vital thinking and research by inquiring them thoughtful, open-ended questions, and promote them to ask difficulty to one another .

Therefore, involve an understanding of changes linked to human activity and responsibility of each individual as a citizen. The ability to identify fundamental problems, and then efficiently locate, critically evaluate, synthesize, and communicate potential solutions to those problems is a key resource for social and economic development. Collaborative educational experiences engage students in these inquiry-based processes as they negotiate meaning and construct new knowledge using online resources and networked communication tools. Thus, the students of diverse background will learn to interact with each other and develop their learning.
