Introduction

When one talks about the on the job training process, there are many things that are needed to be looked at. The training schedule must be kept in mind as well as the people who are about to be trained their profile, their prior experience and their level of experience. The way they are acquainted with the organization is also one thing that is needed to be looked at. All these things are needed to be taken into consideration before deciding the cost of training and other subsequent expenses that would come into their training.

As far as the time scale for the training of the employs is concerned, there are many things that are needed to be looked at. We will not go into the details of what is the whole training process and how some of the things can be looked into the perspective. Whenever there is any recruitment in the organization, the usual followed timeline that is followed by most of the organization is given below.

1 to two weeks time

This is the time that is allied for the planning and preparation about how many employs are needed for a certain position, how the organization will be preparing as far as bringing them on the board is concerned. These are some of the considerations.

2 weeks to one month

The advertisement is placed for the job, where all the required specification are placed. The level of experience or education that is needed to get it done, some other skills or expertises that are related to the job are being discussed in the advertisement.

1 month to 1 and a half month
