Leadership: A Case of Managers maintaining the Human Resource Management within the Organizaiton

Summary

This paper discusses the most discussed by people who deal daily with human resources leadership. Leadership is needed in all types of organization human, whether in business or in each of its departments. It is essential in all functions of administration: the administrator must know human nature and knowing conduct people i.e. leading the people in aligning the objectives of organizaiton. The goal of organizaiton proposes to investigate how leadership is exercised in organizations, identify leadership styles employed, to check if the leadership styles are suitable for organizations and analyze the reactions of employees on the styles of leadership of their superiors. This paper reflects case study, and research and comparison of organizational cultures, analyzing the history of the organizations, the process of communications, and the work process. In the end it was found that each organization has a leadership style, and the exercise of leadership personal skills are more important than the technical skills and administrators successful that build trusting relationships with their subordinates.

Leadership and management in the business organizations play an inevitable and indispensable role. Every business organization focuses on its management and leadership strategies in order to enhance the productivity and performance of the business organization. Organizations are looking into the best possible strategies for providing high quality and satisfactory leadership and management in running business operations. There are many business organizations, leadership and management strategies of which reflect good and high quality business processes (Department for Business, 2012, p.8). Without effective and powerful leadership and management within the organization, the processes and operations of the business organization cannot run efficiently. Management within the organization focuses mainly on making operations and quality of the organization effective and efficient. As the management of operations and quality plays a significant and vital role; thus, organizations are striving hard to improve their managing and leadership skills for the betterment of the business operations (Hartog and Koopman 2001, p.167).

Moreover, management for better operations and quality assures the accountabilities of production operations, quality, inventory and distribution with the help of departmental managers with adequate performance of the business. Operations and quality management assures that the company is capable of fulfilling its quality and production commitments for a new branded product range via online business. Operations and quality management maintains and enhances the company's reputation. Further, it is helpful in fulfilling the needs and requirements of internal and external customers. Operations management is significant and essential factor for the development and growth of the organization in order to improve its performance and productivity (House 197, p.338).
