Introduction

Mental health is not merely the absence of disease but the ability to interact with others and the environment. The lack of mental health is not a problem which exists only a single trigger but act several situations that may be causing a problem. The causes can be external or internal. According to some of the previous searches in the related field the relationship between mental illness and physical illness is very narrow, usually when there is a physical illness that is also coupled with a mental illness as the above case of a child with attention deficit disorder is common to present some another mental disorder, such as depression, anxiety disorders, substance abuse or personality disorders (Turning, 2007).
