Introduction

The research paper revolves around the key aspect that is highly related with the nutrition in sports and the importance of gains that is got by the young athlete, who aimed to play well in the playground. The research will follow a proper outline as per the requirement of the study. The analysis of the study will flow in the direction in a very systematic manner, by using the previous researches and findings that has been reviewed by the scholars and peers on the same topic which has the relevancy with the research topic. The analysis will further answer some questions that will be based on the discussion that will be done in the research paper. The analysis will conclude with concluding remarks on the basis of our own personal evaluation of the previous researches.

The aim of the research has some objectives behind the research study that will be done on the basis of the research question that will be evaluated during the course of the study and during the testing of the hypothesis. Previously, it was decided to collect primary information from the sports persons who are actually facing issues in participating in the sports related activities, further the research will also access to the regulations and policies of various activities included in the sports council that probably addresses the participatory issues that are associated with the recovery athletes.
