Introduction

An issue is given to discuss in the paper and evaluate a result based on the judgements of an individual. This story is regarding some historic case about a teacher and his student. A contract is made between a teacher and his student. Here, the main aim of the student is to trick the teacher. He is of the belief that he will fool his teacher by focusing on contracts, and the laws and he would never practice law so he will not have to pay his teacher. The student thought that he will trick his teacher and his predictions and will never fight any case in the court. The student beliefs that in this manner, he will be able to false the boast and moreover he will not have to pay any amount as per the obligation to the teacher. However, when the teacher understands the student's trick he takes sues his students. Since the student tried to trick the teacher, the teacher now takes him to the court. The main focus here is that the teacher argues in the court that he must be paid for the lessons the student was being taught. Since the student had no lawyer to represent him in the case therefore, he becomes his own lawyer and represents him in the case. Now the situation is that the teacher will get paid only if he proves in the court that his student tricked him (Jordan, 1987, pp: 100).Discussion

As per the philosophies of Plato, human are no one who possess the ability to craft up meanings, purposes, as well as truths for themselves as well as their surroundings. However, human are the ones who discover the truths, which exist freely from the control of the human beings (Hughes, 2008, pp: 328).

There have been arguments prevailing on the case for many centuries. The main argument was by Plato's which prevailed a long time. However, on the other hand, there were a ...
