Abstract
This paper will propose a project in relation to improving the process of production of Comply Industries Limited in order to assure and maintain levels of quality and productivity in the organization. The industry has been chosen because of the affliation of the writer with the organization and sound understanding of the organizational process. The study examines the case of the Comply Industries Limited, because the quality of the products produced has been reduced substaintially and if this continues, the company may begin to loose its business. This paper has utilized various models business models and analysis technique to identify the root cause of the problem as well propose a viable solution to the company suggesting methods to overcome the problem. After through analysis of the process of the Comply Industries, it has been discovered that the main problem lies in the management of human resource, which leads to all other problems. The stude recommended that Comply Industries Limited's HR policy should focuse merely on resolving the issue, by changing their reward management and performance management methods. On the other hand in context of the operational areas that is finance, HR, marketing and Production services centralized, and the successor of key managers should be marked in advance as sudden turnover by the managers could harm the company. Secondly avoiding discrimination and providing high remuneration to the employees with added bonus for additional work would ultimately enhance the performance of the employees, which in turn benefit the organization.

Introduction and Background
The focus of this project remains on improving the process of production in order to assure and maintain levels of quality and productivity in Comply Industries Limited, which is facing issues like poor quality, employee dissatisfaction, customer and employees turnover etc. The main issue however, revolves aroung the quality and service delivery of the company. I have chosen Comply Industries Limited because of my affiliation with the organization. The company specializes in manfucatring of MDF boards which is highly desireable in the construction industry. The increase in demand of the boards and the product quality of the Comply Industries has managed to increase the demand of the company's product. However, with such unexpected demand and deadline management of the order delivery, the company has to skip some manufacturing process which result in delivery of the poor quality products. Moreover, the increase in competition among has also forced Comply Industries to take such measures. As a result their is an increase in breakage of production machinery due to the high work load, reduction in production efficiency and increased in overhead costs due to high breakage of the boards produced and increased customer complaints on the product's quality.
