ABSTRACT

This study focuses on the Compare students to Non League football players The role of exercise in improving individual and social welfare is becoming increasingly important as it increases the number of people with anxiety or depression. Aerobic exercise is associated with reductions in the latter. This relationship with psychological well-being has a correlational rather than causal nature. The effects of exercise tend to be more acute than chronic, and people report feeling better immediately after exercise, an effect that usually remains for several hours. Exercise has been shown to have a positive impact on a variety of areas, including the strengthening of self-esteem, increased sense of control, improving self-confidence and improved mental functioning. This research work has taken mixed method approach and anaylsis has been done with descriptive and statistical analysis.
