Being a technology project manager at specialty software consulting, INC I have been asked to form a team and select a new project management software system or software design projects.

While forming my team the things to focus are inclusion of specialists in respect of designing software projects. The job titles of the team members can be Surveying Executive, Senior Software Designers, Associate Software Designers and Software Manager. The duties of the mentioned team mates will be to survey the requirements of the software, to develop the software and lastly to run the software while managing things on time and appropriately. A software package will be selected on the basis of following components; a long term perspective has to be taken because software is not a thing to use only for short terms, safety and compatibility needs to be taken care of and lastly knowledge related to projects must be easily accessible.
