Introduction

Project managers in any organization are given one of the most responsible positions, their functions can hardly be taken over by just anyone. The individual performing project manager duties must be able to withstand many challenges, the most significant of which is to ensure he or she can get other people to perform up to standards. They must ensure that as a team, the subordinates are able to bring forth their efforts and finish a project on time, regardless of the obstacles faced by them.
