Introduction

Any organization in order to make its projects successful it needs to perform different activity plans. Planning is the major tool behind the success of every project or activity. There are different areas where planning is done by the management of the organization for example human resources required for the project, how to tackle different risks faced by an organization, develop an effective communication plan so that there is no confusion and the distribution of the information from upper to lower level of the organization. It is also important to know the fact that every organization has its own processes, procedures, methods, techniques, tools and practices that will enable them to make a project successful. All the processes and methods followed by different organizations to make a project are similar in some but also have many differences. Thus the report will analyze the four major management plan used by the organization and each of them using different processes in order to make a project successful.

The most important plans needed to make the project successful are human resource plan, risk management plan, communication plan and the information distribution plan. Each of the above stated plans use different processed and practices in order to make a project successful. These plans are different from each other as all of them have different goals to help the organization in designing a successful plan. The following are the different plans and processes that are used by an organization to make a project or an activity successful.

Human Resource Management Plan

It is very important for the management to develop a human resource plan by taking into consideration the different knowledge areas and processes that are required for the successful development of the project. It is important that the organization must decide about the human resource required for the project, designate the roles to the people selected and develop an understanding with each of the newly hired individuals for a project.

Purpose of the Process

The reason why an organization follows the process of a human resource plan is because it is essential for an organization to hire people according to the requirement of the project, then how will the delegation of authority be provided among the people from top to bottom and how the organization will manage its staffing problems. The human resource management plan will help the organization in finding out the ways to acquire new staff and replace the old ones, how many resources for example money to pay their wages, transportation facility and other things will be required, what training will be required by the newly hired or already recruited staff, what will be the reward system and many other important things.
