Introduction

Mental health and "mental state" is the way it recognizes, in general, state of balance between an individual and sociocultural environment which ensures their labor force participation, intellectual and relationship to achieve well-being and quality of life. It says "mental health" as an analogy of what is known as "health and fitness," but in terms of mental health dimensions there are undoubtedly more complex organic and physical functioning of the individual. Mental health defined in many ways by scholars from different cultures (Barlow, Durand, et al, 2009). The concepts of mental health include subjective well-being, autonomy and emotional potential, among others. However, the accuracy of the World Health Organization (WHO) state that there is no "official" definition of what is mental health and about any definition will always be influenced by cultural differences, subjective assumptions, disputes between professional theories and others. Instead, a common point on which experts agree is that "mental health" and "mental illness" are not two opposites, ie, the absence of a recognized mental disorder that does not necessarily have mental health and upside down, having a particular mental disorder is not an obstacle to enjoy a reasonably good mental health. Observing the behavior of a person in his daily life is the main way to know the status of mental health issues such as managing your fears and capabilities, competencies and responsibilities, the maintenance of their own needs, the ways facing its own tensions, relationships and his leadership of an independent life (Barlow, Durand, et al, 2009).

Unlike other tissue-tumors, the distinction between benign and malignant manifestations is not clear, for example, some benign lesions can infiltrate entire regions with malignant clinical behavior. Malignant neoplasms metastasize, which is exceptional. Metastases to the CNS stem in order of frequency, lung, breast, skin (melanoma), kidney and gastrointestinal tract and tend to grow between the junction of the cortex and white matter. The diagnosis done in the final stage, and there was no possibility for the treatment of this individual. According to the doctor who was dealing his case, the patient only had around six months left. During the period of my house job, I saw him getting admitted to the hospital, as his condition was getting worse day by day. The doctors were without any option as there were no kinds of treatment available for him. The family members of the patient had asked the doctors to go to any extent ...
