Introduction

The local council organization lost the market value with declined ratio of public users in the community. From the last couple of years, the public user who has taken affluent approach from the local community library has not approached to this concern on regular basis. The counting of users surprisingly reduced; due to this the community library faced depression. The local council approached the market researchers to analyse the situation that why the reduction was observed among the public users. However, the council provided multiple services to their users such as gigantic library store where every subject of the book was available along with the facilities of lending books and music collection. Further, these services were categorized by physical documents as well as online sources (King, 2013).

Qualitative Approach

The approach that is related to evaluation of the phenomenon, exploration of problems and response to different questions is commonly known as Qualitative approach; this approach is based on analysing the research work with reference to qualitative aspects. It is effectual for in all work environments and areas.

Quantitative Approach

This approach deals with numbers or quantity to prove a main point or hypothesis selected for the research. Through this approach the decision making process can be improved.

The council management approached investigators who were able to analyse the major situation that was creating a big nuisance for the local council department. According to me the best method that provides better outcomes to the researcher is a quantitative approach. The reason to prefer quantitative study over qualitative is data; that help in analyzing the main scenario that why people change their options to not to move towards local council. The data can be collected through the following sources:

Questionnaire

Primary Sources

The primary source requires proper and systematic planning that could help the market researchers to adopt a style of research in which they have good command. The local council reduced its market value and the number of users adopted other approaches. This was the worse situation that brought a depressing situation for the management of local council. Through primary method, the investigators have collected the data easily, but it requires cost and time. Though, the department situation is not financially strong, so the investigators need to adopt such method which consumes less cost and time. There are various methods of primary sources which can effective for the investigator to collect the data.

The questionnaire can help the investigator to mention all the variables that have effectual for analyzing the situation. The investigator can make the questionnaire by including all the questions related to deficiency in local council department. I have selected the targeted respondents, in which the questionnaires were required to be distributed. The questionnaire also needs to be made through quality library searches and services. The questionnaires can be effectual for the investigator in collection ...
