Introduction

Every individual has a right to work with full safety. This right to safety is not exclusive to the people working in organization or having professional career fields. It is the right of every individual regardless of the age group, to have a safe environment to progress in his life. It implies to the household in the homes, as well as children at the schools. It is the right of every individual to be provided with an environment, which is free from any potential threats. A person should be able to carry out his work in a peaceful area and should be given all chances to show his skills. He should be provided with an environment where he can show his skills while remaining under specific parameters.

In schools, safer-space, safe-space, and positive space are the terms generally used to specify that an educationalist does not bear anti-LGBT violence or harassment, however he is open and more acknowledging, hence making a secure place for all students. A safe place can be explained as a place where anyone can be fully self-expressive and relax, in the absence of fear of being made to feel unwelcome, uncomfortable, or unsafe on basis of biological sex, cultural background, race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, gender expression, age, physical ability, a place, or mental ability; where there are rigid rules for guarding every person's dignity and self-respect, and powerfully persuade everyone to respect others. Any institution which wires a safe space for LGBT employees and students is likely to offer staff training on the idea of diversity; includes the clause for being a safe space in the mission statement of the organization; build up and places a value statement in the office of the organization, on printed document, or online; or if it is a part of a coalition, it emphasises the coalition to comprise of an idea to become being a safe space, in its mission and values (www.advocatesforyouth.org).

Discussion

A campaign was run regarding the formation of a safe space in every school. The Gay, Lesbian & Straight Education Network commonly known as GLSEN, is the chief organization in national education, focusing on making sure and presence of safe schools for all learners regardless of their ethnicity. GLSEN was nationally Established in 1995, and envisioned a global place where every child ha the chance to learns to accept and respect all people, regardless of gender identity (safespace.glsen.org). Hence, the organization is striving to establish an environment of harmony in the schools were all the students can acquire education freely regardless of the fear of bullying or harassment made by other students. It seeks to make all the students aware of the ways they can enable others to acquire education with peace, and also expect other to behave with them generously.
