Sport is the collective product of physical, cognitive, emotional and social development. It has the substantial impact in the everyday elements of our lives. Murphy, in his simplest words, defined tourism as the travel of non-residents. Individuals must depart from their homes and return back to be considered as tourists (Murphy, 1985). There is a great junction between sports and tourism. Sports tourism is relatively defined as individuals travelling or residing in places other than their local environment. As a secondary activity, they also participate in competitive or recreational sports (Gammon & Robinson, 1997, pp. 11).
