This dissertation is dedicated to my God, parents, and my friends. I could not have completed my journey without their love, support, and encouragement. Throughout my journey my parents have shown great support for me and they have always stood by me, and believed in me and my abilities, even at the times when I had given up hopes. I can indubitably say that the support and inspiration that these individuals have provided have enabled me to attain this goal of completing my dissertation. In all things that I do, I consider the impact it will have on them, and I appreciate their support in doing the same. Throughout the process of this dissertation, I found out that it is the desire to become successful in life, which at the end of the day makes the journey worthwhile.

ABSTRACT

Internet has changed the manner in which firms do businesses in the Middle East, and throughout the world. Specifically, E-business has revolutionized the way of communication between the external and the internal stakeholders. E-business can lead a business towards gaining competitive advantage over its rivals and at the same time it also increase the overall profitability of the business. Practicing e-business in the Middle East can be challenging due to a number of reasons, because the success of e-business strictly depends on the factors such as trust, and security. It is immensely important to acquire the trust of the customer for the success of the e-business, because if the customer does not trust in your services he or she will never use the facility provided by the company.
