Introduction

Constitutional order and the role of the states in the structure of American federalism "and several more have understood the ideas of democracy, which was based on the U.S. government. This Electoral College considers the views of the public for a candidate and vote for them according to their understanding.

Americans changed their form of governance after their independence. The constitution was developed before that time, and since then amendments are being made to change what the ruling government or senate seems essential according to the requirement. Previously centralized U.S generally weaned U.S people even think about the affairs of the community, for example, rural and urban areas. If before the nobles and officials were merely servants of the king, in the eyes of the peasants very often servants, the U.S, these servants were substitute and the world. And this similarity is not necessary to go to a personal decision of worldly affairs, do not over these worldly affairs head to break and take responsibility for them.

And this state of civil inactivity causes the bulk of the population to a miserable thought that the most important - is to find a good leader, it is not of the mind thing. American form of governance is the democracy. A democratically elected government takes control of the country and run it in accordance to the law. American elected representatives take oath to preserve the American national values. They develop plans for long-term American growth and for the people of United States.

The Constitution of the United States of America is the first fundamental law of the world. It was a model for much other emerging constitution in the world. The strength of the Constitution lies in its simplicity and flexibility. Currently, only 27 amendments serve the needs of more than 300 million Americans in 50 states, which are in many ways different. It is both rigid and flexible.
