Abstract

Rural communities can especially benefit from the cooperative brand. A common challenge for the tourism development in a rural community has limited appeal. One picture is not distinctive, individual rural sites are often too small to form a critical mass, catering to the main target. The study is important as nowadays the values are important for any culture. Development of values and integrating into a culture is a kind of art. This function is mainly dependent on psychology of the people living in villages. So far, no institutions, which in voluntary social activity could be beneficial as a functioning legal institutions, a corruption-resistant system of officials and a value system that represents the unpaid commitment to others is a great good, and this training civilization competences hinders the sense of civic duty and the formation of a civil- and common sense.
