Although, in today's world, the cost of training employees, addressing their health and safety concerns has gone up comparatively but no matter how much it shoots up the company just can not ignore its importance because if the staff is not well-equipped how can they work for the betterment of your business. Any employee, irrespective of his/her talent will not be able to serve the company with absolute dedication, until he/she is absolutely satisfied regarding his health and safety. Therefore, in today's world where the completion is roaring to new heights it has become increasingly important in order to increase the employee retention. To equip him/her with deserved tools as well as to make him/her feel at ease, by addressing his safety and health issues and other personal issues which includes extending support to his/her family members. Shareholder wealth is the financial asset every organization revolves around, tend to shape up the policies of any business towards their clients or even towards their own employees.

It would not be wrong to state that the shareholder wealth results in the shaping up the overall structure of the company. Share holders when invest in any organization, they do it by intend of maximizing it, but this should not mean that the organization or any business should primarily focus on the expansion of shareholders wealth.
