Introduction

In the above designed flowchart, the short process of the admitting of the patient in the Hospital has described. As shown in the flowchart that process starts with the receiving of the patient at the counter of hospital. Patient's any family member reaches at the counter and introduces him or her; the person at the reception receives and pays salutation. After this step the receptionist asks the coming person for the registration that is whether the patient previously registered or not. In case of new patient, the receptionist asks for the registration and further details of the patient. In case of old patient, the old data of the patient is recalled through Identity number or card number.

If the patient is on the Panel then his company name and medical card would be asked, and its validity and authenticity would be checked. Checking panel authenticity is a very necessary to know whether the patient still has hospitalization balance or not. The other possibility could also be to know whether the company is in black list of the hospital or not. These two factors are very important to find out, in case of failure of the validity of the card the patient may be refused from admit. On the other hand, if the patient is in emergency case then these processes may be jumped or waived, and the admitting patient would be on the priority. Furthermore, patient's previous medical record is taken to show the doctor because it helps in diagnosing the current disease from the past record of the patient. Additionally, there may some possibilities as well in particular scenarios. For example, each of the people can be awarded the different Doctor, specialist of the patient's disease, but this is an exceptional case that is adopted mostly in emergency cases like in Heat-attack and baby-birth. The second critical possibility may be a choice of room for both on the panel and cash deposit patient. Every hospital has a variety of the room such as regular, private and VIP. It could be a choice of the patient in which room he would like to admit. It may vary with a tremendous amount's difference and this decision also depends upon two factors, which are (I) Availability of the type of room (II) Payment of the room rent.

In the next steps, doctors individual fee may include and the medication charges as well, which the patient has to pay initially. This is the small process of hospital for the admitting any patient, which is shown through flowchart. The end step of this process is the final decision of the patient that is whether to admit it or not in case of panel rejection or any dispute.
