Social Networking is a set of individuals, communities, agencies or organizations that produce receive and exchange goods or social services to sustain a pattern of development and expected welfare. Social networks are pages that allow people to connect with friends and even make new friends, to share content, interact and create communities of similar interests: working, reading, games, friendship and relationships (Ahuja, 2000).

Social networks have begun to play an important role in our digital environment, growing bleeps and bounds users who are logged on them. The social network that surrounds a person is a kind of protective structure around it. Density and distance covered between the trainers of an individual's social network will determine the level of sociability and similar relationship. This means that, structurally, the higher the density of the network to exercise their functions, the lower the degree of isolation they may drop an individual.
