Introduction

In this report, we will be analyzing the article written by Joshua L. Ray, Lakami T. Baker, and Donde Ashmos Plowman on Organizational Mindfulness in Business Schools. In recent years, recognition has grown substantially over the importance of knowledge management in organizations. This has meant that the asset acquired a special place between management and organization; same thing has happened with the results of the registration, control and measurement of human capital. Human capital is now one of the determinants to obtain added value. This value is enhanced when knowledge is placed against the achievement of the objectives of the organization. Human capital depends largely on the ability of organizations to develop and exploit knowledge. Human capital is based on knowledge, skills, values ??and innovative potential of the organization, among other things. The management of such capital requires special attention, which is the ability of management to identify measure, develop and renew the intangible asset for the future success of the organization. Human capital lies in human resources. His analysis is a very useful activity that allows determining its value. This value is defined by the Diagnostic and comparing the results of management.

The human capital management and human resource management are converging point, the development of knowledge and skills of workers. An essential factor in the development of these capabilities is the training process. The training process provides the ability to increase and enhance the skills that the organization needs to function. The process of determining both existing knowledge as those required by the organization for its operation is based on the identification of knowledge tools such as topographic maps and knowledge maps knowledge sources. The identification of knowledge tools have been incorporated in terms of improving the quality and efficiency of control methods for managing knowledge in organizations. They, correctly applied, provide an estimate of the value of knowledge and its progressive evaluation also acceptance and regular use can improve the capacity of human capital management, knowledge management and human resource management. Organizational knowledge in business schools, which is our core topic over here, has a primary function; it can be considered the key asset performance. Its importance lies in its ability to create value-added, knowledge is implied in all processes of the system. Its value is embodied in the benefits to organizations and their success.
